C-fast: fast, smart & circular construction

C-fast is C-concrete’s modular precast building system, developed for those who want to build faster, more efficiently and with a focus on the future. Thanks to these pre-stressed floors and concrete walls, you can build up to 30% faster, with maximum flexibility. Each module is demountable and reusable – ideal for buildings with a repetitive character. The system combines over 40 years of construction expertise with a vision of circular construction. So you realize projects that not only stand faster, but also last longer.

Why choose C-fast?

Although C-fast is not yet widely known, this construction method offers a solution to current challenges in the construction industry: shorter construction times, less site pressure, sustainable choices and a high level of finishing. C-concrete is therefore committed to giving C-fast the recognition it deserves within the Belgian construction landscape.

Build faster, without sacrificing quality

With C-fast, you shorten a classic 12-month construction period to about 8 months:

  • Prefabricated elements with integrated techniques – straight from the production hall;

  • No pressure layers or underpinning – techniques and finishing can start immediately;

  • No screed required – just leveling, ideal for screeds, flooring or painting;

  • Just-in-time delivery and on-site assembly;

  • Less weather-dependent, less disruption, faster delivery.

Slim system, maximum freedom

C-fast combines a lean construction methodology with great architectural freedom.

  • Sandwich panels in various designs, partly load-bearing for prestressing floors;

  • Large spans up to 9 meters;

  • Custom finishes possible depending on combination with pre-stressing floors.

Eye for detail, quality in every element

Our production is done completely in-house, including preparation of the stability study, BIM preparation and quality control at every level. The result?

  • Smooth ceilings and walls, ready for painting or visible use;

  • Joints with minimal clearance – aesthetic and airtight;

  • Prestressed floor slabs without compression layer, with excellent acoustics and fire compartmentation; with possibility to integrate techniques (ventilation, electricity, drains) into the floor slabs.

  • No plastering required with our prefabricated wall elements.

All components except the prestressed floor plates are KIWA and BENOR approved and meet the highest standards. So you get a tight, durable and future-oriented result.

Our engineers and BIM modelers think along with you from day one. We optimize your design technically and budget-wise, without compromising on quality or appearance.

In our production halls in Temse and Hoeselt, we make all walls and floors completely to measure. With maximum precision, thorough quality control and a level of finishing that is immediately noticeable.

3. Road transportation or shipping

Thanks to our location on the Scheldt, we deliver precast parts efficiently, via road or water. That means: less CO₂ emissions, less site pressure and tighter schedules.

4. Assembly

On site, all elements are delivered just-in-time and seamlessly assembled into a shell building - ready for techniques and finishing.
