Entry control on deliveries

Every delivery starts with a thorough check:

  • Checking completeness and presence of KOMO and BENOR labels on collapse facilities

  • Verify rebar for product type, possible damages and certifications

  • Inspection of precast reinforcement for KOMO and BENOR certification

Control during production

  • Verify production drawings for latest changes and feasibility

  • Accurate measurement of reinforcement baskets by the foreman

  • Measuring formwork and pouring facilities before concrete pouring

  • Daily testing of concrete quality (consistency, compressive strength, water-cement ratio) and monthly sieve analysis in in-house lab

  • Measurement and aesthetic assessment of the finished product after demoulding; a green sticker is applied upon full approval. All elements are BENOR, KOMO and KIWA certified. The quality control is digitally recorded and always consultable.

Storage and transportation

  • Traceable internal storage; colored elements are placed under a canopy to prevent stains and lime marks

  • Check labels, follow shipping advice and use rubber mats for safe loading and minimal printing on the product

Digital and transparent

More than 85% of the production process is controlled digitally via tablet, enabling efficient monitoring and instant error detection. In the near future, customers will also have access to an online tool to track the process in real time and provide maximum transparency.

Sustainability & circular innovation

At C-concrete, we are committed to circularity from start to finish. Thanks to our C-fast construction system and residual concrete recycling, we minimize construction waste and give raw materials a second life. Our washout process separates fresh concrete remnants into reusable sand-gravel mixture and gray water, which we reuse in our concrete plant. This is how we build CO₂-consciously and make a concrete contribution to a circular economy.
