Parking tower
Brussels Airport
On Ringlaan in Zaventem, the new Brussels Airport parking tower has been built. With its 8 levels and capacity for 2,500 cars, this project is an important link in the further development of the airport infrastructure.
Project Features
C-concrete as a partner in precast concrete
For the realization of this extensive building, general contractor Cordeel called on the expertise of C-concrete. Production and delivery by C-concrete included:
- 896 columns
- 953 beams
- 547 interior cavity walls
- 156 facade panels
A total of over 5,885 m³ of concrete and 1,200 tons of reinforcement.
Tight schedule, reliable deliveries
The first deliveries started in December 2023 and the last elements were placed on site in January 2025. A project of this scale requires not only quality prefabrication, but also flawless logistics and punctual follow-up.
8 floors, 2,500 parking spaces
The parking tower combines several functions: the lower floors form the new Car Rental Center, including counters, pick-up and return of rental cars and space for shuttle services. The concrete facade elements with different sized perforations at the bottom of the building are a conscious architectural choice: they let in natural light during the day and provide a playful light effect to the outside at night.
