Predals
Precast beams are concrete slabs that form the basis for sturdy, solid floors. They are fully precast and further finished on site by pouring additional concrete or rebar on top of the lattice girders. This system creates a full, solid floor surface that is flexible for modifications such as holes or piping.
A powerful foundation for your construction projects
Predals consist of a concrete slab with integrated lattice girders. These lattice girders ensure that the reinforcement is higher in the floor, so that there is sufficient concrete coverage and the final total thickness of the floor slab is between 15 and 25 cm. Additional concrete is poured on site over the lattice girders and the protruded reinforcement, creating one solid, strong floor that can withstand heavy loads and large spans.

Benefits of predals
Predals provide an efficient and reliable base for floors in all kinds of construction projects. Thanks to their precast production, lattice girders and solid construction, they combine speed, strength and flexibility, making them a smart choice for both residential and commercial applications.
