options
Our precast concrete units offer numerous finishing options to suit both the functional and aesthetic needs of your project. Depending on the desired look, architectural style and budget, you can choose from the following options:
With 1x or 2x dusted concrete, the surface is manually leveled with a straightedge after pouring, maintaining a flat but still slightly natural texture. Depending on the number of operations, the surface remains slightly rougher (1x leveled) or becomes tighter and more refined (2x leveled).
Possible at pouring side
A sleek and smooth surface obtained by smoothing the concrete. This finish compacts the surface and provides a durable, matte-gloss result with a natural concrete look. Floated concrete is ideal for applications where a flat, strong and aesthetic finish is desired, without high gloss.
If an extra refined finish is desired, the surface can be additionally polished. This treatment increases the gloss level and provides a sleek, high-quality and intensely finished concrete surface.
Possible at pouring side
With raw concrete, the surface is minimally finished after pouring, leaving the pure and authentic structure of the concrete visible. Imperfections, textures of the formwork and natural nuances in color are not eliminated, but just emphasized.
This finish emphasizes the raw, honest character of concrete and exudes strength and simplicity.

In blasted concrete, the surface is lightly roughened with fine abrasives, subtly emphasizing the texture. The grains gently emerge and give the concrete a matte, nuanced appearance. Ideal for those looking for characterful facades with depth and sophistication.

With washed-out concrete, the top layer is partially removed, revealing the grain structure. This finish gives a natural, robust look and is particularly popular in combination with other facade materials.

Adding color pigments to the concrete mix gives the surface an even and durable color tone. Colored concrete offers additional creative freedom and allows for harmonious integration with other building materials or the surroundings. Available in a variety of shades – from earthy colors to bold accents.

Textured mats can be used to create reliefs or patterns in the concrete surface. From abstract textures to imitations of wood or stone. The possibilities are endless.
